Product Introduction:Yellow Bag Freeze-dried Acrylate is a high-performance ABC three-component grouting material for waterproofing and leak sealing. It is specially designed for large-scale underground projects, tunnels, pipe galleries, basements, water tanks, lift pits and other construction scenarios. The product features excellent groutability, high expansion rate, strong adhesion and high-toughness gel structure. After curing, it is water immersion resistant, aging resistant, acid and alkali resistant. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use with high stability and low shrinkage. It can resist long-term groundwater immersion and external environment changes, making it an ideal choice for infrastructure and civil engineering leakage control.

Applications:Waterproofing and leak stoppage for large basements, metro tunnels, integrated pipe galleries, water tanks, lift pits, construction joints, expansion joints, concrete cracks, underground garages and other projects. Can be used outdoors, not recommended for long-term direct UV exposure without protection.

Application Instructions:

1. Adopt ABC three-component system. Mix component A with 20kg clean water and stir until fully dissolved before construction

2. Mix component B with 20kg clean water and stir until fully dissolved. Do not mix stirring tools

3. Component C is only mixed with component A to adjust the curing speed

4. Use two-component grouting machine and inject at 1:1 ratio

5. Unused slurry must be sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place to avoid cross-contamination

Precautions:

1. Only tap water is allowed for mixing, fire water or sewage is prohibited

2. Wear gloves and goggles during construction to avoid splashing slurry into eyes

3. In case of accidental contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water

4. Store the product sealed in a cool and dark place away from high temperature and direct sunlight

5. Can be used outdoors, but protective layer is recommended to extend service life
