Product Usage Instructions

Step-by-step guide for preparing and injecting Liquid Acrylic Resin:

Part A is ready to use — Open the Part A bucket. The liquid is pre-mixed and requires no water. Simply place the container at the job site.
Prepare Part B — Pour the Part B powder into a clean 20-litre bucket. Add 20 kg (20 litres) of clean water and stir until fully dissolved.
Add the accelerator — Add Part C into the Part A bucket as per the recommended ratio.
Connect the dual-hose grouting pump — Insert one suction hose into the Part A bucket and the other into the mixed Part B solution.
Begin injection — Start the pump at low pressure (0.2—0.3 MPa), gradually increase as needed. Inject from the lowest point upward along the crack.
Clean equipment after use — Flush pump and hoses with clean water immediately. Do not allow the material to cure inside the equipment.
